Someone who's You Tube tutorials I've been following for a while is Julia aka MissChievous
From day looks to full on theatrical, to familiarizing me with terms such as 'cut-the-crease'. Easy to follow how-tos, but as before, you gotta have the right tools, and the time to practice, practice practice!
