When you live in a hot climate I have found the office attire to be less 'power dressing' and more 'fashion forward'. The corporate uniform hasn't disappeared but instead has been transformed into a softer emsemble. And for those who like the classic silhuette you can still command a serious (and lasting) impression by making your style less 'male dominated Wall Street' board-room and more 'young fashion and beauty PR office' that has completely converted it's IT to Apple Inc.
And when an office looks as good as these, it is only right that we dress the part.
