Food Glorious Food

So back from Palma, Mallorca and while it was a trip not only filled with lovely food, it did start and end with some Michelin star dining.
First up, the ABC Mallorca networking lunch at the St Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, Es Fum Restaurant - thank you chef Thomas Kahl, who if my ears didn't deceive me, has just been given his 2nd star.





Next on the foodie trail was a lovely little gastrobar that we discovered on the main strip opposite Bar Bosch - the famous Mallorcan meeting place.
Our taste buds nicely 'wetted' we sampled the delights of what can only be described as THE best sushi I have ever eaten at the Sushi Club, not as exclusive as it sounds and very reasonably priced too! Less than €35 for a platter of 25 tasty pieces!

Winter opening hours meant we couldn't feast at Marc Fosh's Tasca restaurant......it's closed Monday & Tuesday nights.

However, the best was yet to come and as we don't do things by halves at Premier FX...Simply Fosh for Tuesday lunchtime with clients just simply had to do.
